Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times

Domestic (United States): 3–7 business days

International: 7–21 business days depending on destination

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages

FaceLume Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If you believe your package is lost, please contact us at lincesamuel379@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.
